Preparation

mix together soy sauce, tomato sauce and cold corn flour with 2 tablespoons of water in a bowl and keep it aside. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan and add the baby corn and cook over high flame for 5 minutes. Add green cold, ginger and garlic and cook for another 3 minutes. Then add the corn flour and sauce mixture. Mix well over high flame until the sauce coats the baby corn. Throw in paprika, salt and pepper and mix well. Serve hot. A great side dish to enjoy!
